About the Event
Get ready to move, feel yourself, and leave the mom brain at the door.
Heels & Confidence is a private heels dance class hosted exclusively for Moms Who Thrive at The Dance Element in Milton. Led by Our Haven Studios, this one hour class is designed to make you feel powerful, sexy, and completely in your element.
No dance experience needed, just a willingness to have fun and own the room.
Whether you've never taken a dance class in your life or you used to live for it, this night is for you.
Wear heels if you have them, running shoes if you don't, all that matters is that you show up.
Most moms come solo. You will not be the only one, we make sure of it.
