A gentle stretch and mobility flow blending flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, followed by a guided breathwork session and quiet time by the fire under the open sky.

And because the universe occasionally gives moms nice things, there's a mobile coffee bar joining us available to purchase on the farm.

So you get the stretch, the fire, the sunset, and a proper coffee made for you.
