About the Event

Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it often comes with challenges—especially when it comes to balancing your physical and emotional health. If you're feeling overwhelmed by hormonal changes, fatigue, or mood swings, this workshop is for you. During National Infertility Awareness Week, we're focusing on both hormone health and fertility to empower moms and hopeful moms-to-be to better understand and care for their bodies.

Led by a women's health expert, Monica Cox, From Burnout to Balance will explore how hormones affect your energy, mood, and overall well-being. Whether you're navigating postpartum hormone changes, dealing with fertility challenges, or simply want to maintain optimal health, this workshop will provide you with the tools to feel your best.
