About the Event
Motherhood is demanding, and finding time to focus on yourself can be a challenge. This Mommy & Me Fitness class is designed for moms with babies aged 6 months and younger (or any age before they start crawling). It’s a safe and effective way to get back into shape, build strength, and reconnect with your body while bonding with your little one.
In this class, moms will focus on exercises that target their core, pelvic floor, and overall strength, all while being mindful of postpartum needs. The workouts are designed specifically for moms to regain their fitness without incorporating the baby into the exercises—giving moms the opportunity to focus on themselves while having their baby close by.
